Frequently Asked Questions (FAQs)

At Allstar Ambulance, we’re committed to delivering reliable and professional emergency-level ambulance services. Below are answers to common questions to help you understand what we do and what we don’t do.

We deliver non‑emergency medical transportation that covers:
  • Basic Life Support (BLS) with certified EMTs
  • Interfacility Transfers (IFT) between hospitals, clinics, and rehab centers
  • Post‑Dialysis Vitals & Transport (blood‑pressure checks, safe ride home)
  • Gurney Transportation & Oxygen Support for limited‑mobility or respiratory patients
  • Event Medical Standby Services for sports, concerts, festivals, and community gatherings in Modesto, Stanislaus County, and nearby areas

Non‑emergency transport moves patients who need professional oversight but do not require a 911 response or lights‑and‑sirens care. It’s ideal for scheduled appointments, routine check‑ups, dialysis sessions, interfacility moves, or getting home from the hospital when medical monitoring is still important.

BLS transport is staffed by licensed EMTs who monitor vital signs, perform patient assessments, assist with suctioning, administer oxygen, and ensure medical stability during the trip.
